The project offers a framework for an ever growing catalogue of interventions. Understanding built form not as a final state but as a conglomerate of a multi-layered past, the interventions are independent chapters – only functional within, and liable to an ongoing process. The designs are not determining program nor user, but amplifying existing opportunities, synthesizing the given, the need and our very own desires. Spatial as well as legal approaches are used to maximise affordances and to reflect on the relationship between ownership and agency. Underdetermination as a strategy ensures ongoingness, allowing for future participants to engage and develop ever new adjustments and values.
